A full day of intellectual rigor behind them, students on the California High School Summer Program turned their attention to an afternoon bursting with opportunities for athletic competition and theological understanding.

Students on the California High School Summer Program kicked off their Wednesday classes by presenting some more Euclid propositions before trying to make rational sense of irrational suffering in Boethius’s Consolation of Philosophy.

Though previous excursions took students far away from Santa Paula, the women of the California High School Summer Program got local Tuesday afternoon with a trip to the town’s quaint Main Street following the day’s last class.
