The prefects had a fantastic two weeks, as well, and noticed that these programmers were especially intelligent, talented, and caring. “These kids are super smart,” said Anne Berquist (’23). “It’s sad to see them go now, but I hope to see some of them again!” A tremendous thank you to the parents, who raised such amazing children and gave us the opportunity to get to know them!
Thank you, also, to the New England Summer Program prefects, who worked all day every day to create a loving environment, execute activities, and make sure all the programmers were having a great time. This program could not have happened without them, and they deserve so much praise — and a good night’s sleep!
Finally, we must acknowledge the two students whose long hours and hard work have made this blog possible: writer/reporter Camden Tuffile (’24) and photographer Tam Nguyen (’25). They have done a beautiful job bringing the program to life and shedding some light on the treasure that is Thomas Aquinas College. Thank you, Cami and Tam!
And so we say, goodbye. We hope many of this blog’s readers will find their way to TAC sometime soon — perhaps as parents of members of the Class of 2027! (And until then, if you would like to keep getting news about the life of the College, please subscribe to our quarterly Newsletter and monthly E-Letter!)
The End (Q.E.D)
