The Board of Governors, faculty, staff, and students of Thomas Aquinas College join Christians the world over in praying for the repose of the soul of His Holiness Pope Francis.

“It is a testament to the Holy Father’s love and endurance that he saw the Church through Holy Week and Easter Sunday, then met with Vice President Vance, before dying only hours later,” says President Paul J. O’Reilly. “What a beautiful consolation that Our Lord would call him home on Easter Monday. We pray that the ‘Pope of Mercy’ is enjoying eternal peace in the arms of our merciful savior, and we pray for the Church and the world in the days to come.”
