Thursday marked the first full day of Freshman Orientation for the members of Thomas Aquinas College’s California Class of 2025, who arrived Wednesday. The morning began with a student orientation, followed by Mass in Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity Chapel, registration, and the freshmen’s first seminar — an examination of C.S. Lewis’ “Learning in Wartime.” That evening the Freshman Soirée took place on the St. Gladys Plaza:

The Orientation events will continue through Friday, leading up to Convocation on Monday — the official start of the academic year.
