Rev. Cornelius M. Buckley, S.J.

Thomas Aquinas College’s beloved Rev. Cornelius M. Buckley, S.J., has been moved to the infirmary at the Sacred Heart Jesuit Center in Los Gatos, California. He is currently in isolation while doctors rule out Covid, and he is scheduled to undergo an MRI later this week.

Among the Dominican friars and sisters who visited Thomas Aquinas College, California, last weekend, were three alumni who have followed the College’s namesake into the Order of Preachers. In between praying, giving talks, and visiting with students, these three alumni reflected on their vocations and TAC memories.

The students of Thomas Aquinas College, California, received a visit last weekend from a contingent of friars and sisters from the Western Province of the Order of Preachers. The guests, who included several alumni, shared how they discovered their Dominican vocations — and gave students a glimpse of mendicant life.
