Thanks to the tremendous support of many Thomas Aquinas College parents, grandparents, and alumni, the College has reached its initial goal for the second annual Parents’ Day of Giving! “With less than four hours to go until day’s end,” says Parents’ Association Coordinator Robert Bagdazian, “we have surpassed the $125,000 in matching gifts that two generous benefactors contributed to get the day going.”

In response, a member of the College’s Board of Governors, Dr. Thomas Krause, has come forward with a $10,000 matching gift of his own, in the hopes of inspiring more parents. New parent and grandparent gifts — or alumni gifts made in the honor of parents — can still be doubled as long as they are received before midnight, California time, or the new $135,000 goal is reached, whichever comes first.

“Thank you to all the parents and alumni who have helped to make this day such a tremendous success, and thanks to Dr. Krause for keeping it going,” says Mr. Bagdazian. “Let’s all pull together to end the day strong!”
