Although the faithful may not be able to gather in person during this year’s Paschal Triduum and Easter Octave, all are invited to participate in the traditional rites and liturgies with Thomas Aquinas College.

Starting tonight, Holy Thursday, all Triduum and Easter Week observances will be livestreamed from Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity Chapel. Dan Grimm (’76), choir director for the California campus, has assembled a smaller (and socially distanced) version of the Thomas Aquinas College Choir, which will provide beautiful sacred music. The liturgies will be available at ThomasAquinas.edu/Mass and on the College’s YouTube Channel. Recorded videos will be posted shortly after the conclusion of each observance.

Additionally, on Good Friday (April 10), the College will offer Drive-Through Stations of the Cross from 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. on the California campus. The outdoor stations begin by the original Ferndale Ranch gate near the campus entrance and run alongside the College’s three spring-fed ponds, sloping uphill like the road to Calvary. Visitors are asked to enter directly from the road at the stone arch by the gatehouse and remain in their vehicles. Although the College will not be able to provide printed prayer materials, the traditional prayers of St. Alphonsus Liguori can be downloaded from its website.
