On the eve of Commencement 2019, Thomas Aquinas College President Michael F. McLean hosted a late-afternoon reception for members of the Senior Class in St. Cecilia Hall:

Afterward, the College Parents’ and Alumni Associations jointly hosted their fifth annual dinner for graduates and their families in St. Joseph Commons. Tlaquepaque, a popular local Mexican restaurant, served fresh tacos with all the fixings. The dinner marked an opportunity for the Alumni Association to welcome its newest members, the Class of 2019, and for parents to learn how their relationship with the College can continue through the Parents’ Association and its community of faith.

As a farewell gift, Dr. McLean presented each family with a bound copy of its student’s senior thesis. The student choral group Chrysostomos and another group organized by Giorgio Navarini (’17), the Floriani, then performed several a cappella songs.
