Daniel Pierson (’04)The College welcomes Daniel Pierson (’04) to share his experiences. Mr. Pierson is weeks away from finishing his MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. He currently works as a small business underwriter at Colorado Business Bank (CoBiz Financial), a multi-billion dollar financial-services company that serves the complete financial needs of businesses, business owners, and professionals in Colorado and Arizona.

Mr. Pierson previously served in the U.S. Army as an aviation operations specialist. In that role he developed and maintained complex Excel spreadsheets that were used by the organization’s senior managers in their strategic decisions. These Excel products ranged from flight, crew, and maintenance schedules to databases of aircraft usage and pilot training schedules in an organization with 100+ pilots and 25+ aircraft.
