There was but one class Tuesday on the New England High School Summer Program, immediately followed by a study hall, where students prepared their next round of Euclidean propositions. With the day’s work behind them, the programmers were then free for an evening of adventure and relaxation!

There was a curtain of fog over campus this morning as student arose on the New England High School Summer Program to review their Euclidean propositions. 

After invigorating, if heady, classes on Euclid’s definitions and The Consolation of Philosophy, the students on the New England Summer Program were ready to spend some time on the athletic field.

Euclid’s deceptively simple definitions usually spark intense debates, as students attempt to visualize the different shapes and concepts, while still holding true to the text and common experience. 

It’s had to imagine that Saturday’s beautiful trip to Boston constituted only half of the weekend on the New England High School Summer Program!
