The Facebook page for Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust features the photos above and below of some 40 Thomas Aquinas College students who, this past weekend, took up the pro-life organization’s call to conduct a pro-life Christmas carol. As “survivors” — the peers of the 45 million Americans killed by abortion since Roe v. Wade — these young people sought to testify to the beauty of life in the darkest of places.
So on Saturday they picked up their song books and joyfully caroled outside the Planned Parenthood facility in neighboring Ventura, Calif. The students’ voices, the Survivors’ post observes, brought “the love of Christ to the mothers and clinic workers — the enthusiasm of these young people carried not just melody, but joy.”
Sounding an optimistic note, the post concludes. “We know children are saved by their witness!” By God’s grace!
