Real to Reel, the Diocese of Springfield, Massachusetts’ weekly TV news program, recently aired the above report about Thomas Aquinas College’s plans to open a second campus in New England this fall. Reporter Steve Kiltonic visited both campuses to prepare the video, for which he interviewed President Michael F. McLean, Head Chaplain Rev. Paul Raftery, O.P., and two of the California freshmen who will be transferring to the New England campus as sophomores.

“Students at the beautiful Santa Paula campus enjoy the warm, sunny climate of Southern California, surrounded by primarily Spanish-themed architecture, while the Northfield campus features a traditional New England look and feel with lots of brick, stone, and unpredictable weather,” says Mr. Kiltonic. “But weather and architecture aside, there is one constant: The unique Catholic liberal education that defines Thomas Aquinas College will remain unchanged.”

The first Convocation Day for Thomas Aquinas College, New England, will take place on August 24. A few spots still remain in the campus’ inaugural freshman class, as well as in its upcoming High School Summer Program. Apply now!
