Three members of the Sisters of Life visited the campus of Thomas Aquinas College this week, offering a three-day mini-retreat for the College’s women between their classes and other commitments. There were talks in the morning and afternoon, times for prayer and private meetings, as well as a hike and a holy hour on Wednesday evening.

“The purpose of the visit wasn’t so much vocational as it was to give the women of the College time for recollection and spiritual enrichment, as much as possible, given the school week,” says Resident Assistant Sarah Dufresne (’14). “The schedule was modeled on a retreat that the Sisters offer for young women in New York City, with talks focusing mostly on what it means to be a Catholic woman.”
