The following underclassmen challenge the upperclassmen to the Great American Game of Baseball on April 25 ...
Then, last week, new signs appeared, inviting spectators to the College’s “First Annual” upperclassmen v. underclassmen game — suggesting that organizers were confident about their creation’s long-term prospects.
On Saturday, the hardball pioneers met for the inaugural outing, and the underclassmen proved themselves worthy of the challenge they so boldly issued to their elders. After the opening prayer and National Anthem, the Freshmen and Sophomores handily dispatched the Juniors and Seniors, 14-6.
