Photos: End of the Year Sports Finales

With Commencement soon approaching, students at Thomas Aquinas College have wrapped up several intramural-sports programs with dramatic end-of-the-year tournaments.

First was the Third Annual USA-Canada Hockey Match, in which a group of the College’s Canadian students squared off against their American counterparts for a friendly game of street hockey on the campus tennis courts. Following a prayer and the singing of both countries’ national anthems, the match ensued, with team Canada claiming the victory.

Next came the “Third Annual All-American Game,” a baseball contest between the upperclassmen and the underclassmen:

Thus marks, for now, the end of organized sports on campus —until the High School Summer Program, which begins on July 23.
