“Figures Unethical: The Rhetoric of Marriage in Macbeth”
Dr. Scott Crider took his Ph.D. from the University of California, Riverside, and is now an associate professor of English at the University of Dallas, where he was awarded the Haggar Teaching Award and where for several years he ran the writing program. While he teaches widely in the university's Core curriculum, his research and writing interests are in Shakespeare and in Rhetorical Studies. He most enjoys teaching young people how to read literature and then converse and write about it.
Lectures take place in St. Joseph Commons and are open to the public, free of charge
